As the lead for partnership development, executive creative director, and executive producer, I spearheaded the collaboration between the NBA and Fandom to debut the “NBA Tip-Off Challenge” at New York Comic Con—a first-of-its-kind activation celebrating the start of the NBA season.

The experience featured an interactive photo booth, a chance to win exclusive art illustrations by renowned comic artist Tula Lotay, a digital sweepstakes for limited-edition NBA artwork, and an iconic photo op with the NBA’s Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy. Influencers Legendary Shots, Josh Horton, and Buster Scher joined the action, sharing their predictions for #KiaTipOff19 while hyping up Comic Con fans. This activation brought together sports, art, and pop culture in a dynamic, fan-first celebration of the season’s kickoff.
