I led partnership development and supervised production for the Fandom Xfinity 10G Gaming Lounge, an immersive activation at the Athletes First House during Super Bowl LVII. With Fandom’s massive reach—350 million unique users, 250K wikis, and 45M pages—we designed a marketing and advertising program that seamlessly blended virtual and IRL experiences. By collaborating with Xfinity, Athletes First, and top gaming and sports talent, we transformed a small 360 partnership into a high-impact, culturally resonant event.

We strategically crafted an environment where talent weren’t just guests—they were fans themselves, unlocking authentic engagement and social amplification. This activation proved that success isn’t just about building an experience but about curating the right mix of talent, production, and distribution to maximize impact.
